I recently did a poll on my Instagram & Facebook pages and group and so many women voted that they would like help to slow down their overthinking minds. If this sounds like you and the worries and stresses churn and turn over and over in your mind leaving you feeling exhausted then I really encourage you to come along to this live online workshop. Everyone overthinks but some people do it more than others, especially if you are a person who feels anxiety more strongly. Overthinking often means that we can get into a pattern of constantly imagining the worst case scenario happening. This can then impact our everyday lives, getting in the way of happiness and feeling safe and calm and leave us feeling exhausted.

What you’ll learn:

  • In this workshop, I'll let you in on some of the reasons behind why we overthink

  • I’ll share some simple strategies you can use to re-wire your brain and to put the brakes on some of the same anxious thoughts that whirl around over and over again.

  • We will then finish the workshop with a meditation guiding you to break the loop of overthinking and helping you to find a little more inner calm.
