Mindful Wanders are an invitation to immerse yourself in nature and absorb through your senses the beauty of each season.
This exploration offers respite in the forest, as we gather in a small group to spend quality, intentional time in nature in this wellbeing workshop.

Experience forest bathing, where nature meets mindfulness. Originating in Japan in 1982, as “shinrin-yoku”, meaning to bathe / take in the forest’s atmosphere
What you can look forward to:
Mindful nature immersive experiences or gatherings taking place across the seasons, alternating between the forest and coast - se more options and dates below
Each workshop is 2.5 hours long and take place from through the year, allowing you to experience the interconnected flow of the seasons
Forest bathing – mindful nature connection experiences in the woodlands (close to Tralee)
Each gathering will draw to a close with a tea ceremony and some homemade sweet treats
You will experience the dawn and twilight, the sun on your skin and wind in your hair, the rain on your face and connect to all of the elements. Tune into the power of the sea and the rhythm of the year. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and the landscape around you, all in the company of a small group of like-minded people. Gatherings may also include mini bonus practices such as yoga / meditation / journaling or qi gong.
As a local, I’ll share my favourite places with you, where I retreat to restore and guide you through a variety of self-support tools and practices that you can integrate into your everyday.
