Moonlight & Magic
Samhain is a very magical time of the year when the veil between our world and the other world, the spirit world is said to be thinnest. It marks an ending in the year too - it is a time for taking stock of the year gone by, things we have surrendered and things we have gained. Then we are ready to make plans and dreams for the coming year, plant them in the dark earth within, tend them through the quiet months, and bring them bursting into life in Spring. In nature, there are many changes afoot too.
The brent geese are arriving here to Co. Kerry to spend their winters after the long flights from Canada and other far flung places. The natural world is changing, withdrawing and dying off around us in preparation for the Winter ahead. It's a time for gathering together to remember and to give thanks as we slow down into the seasonal rhythm towards rest and restoration.
With all this in mind, I am delighted to invite you to a very special seasonal workshop called "Moonlight and Magic" taking place outdoors by the sea close to sunset.
This exploration offers respite by the sea, as we gather in a small group to spend quality, intentional time in nature in this wellbeing workshop.
What you can look forward to:
Mindful movement class saluting the moon to get your blood circulating and keep you toasty and warm
A slow mindful wander and quiet time by the coast with nature connection invitations
Guided Seasonal Journaling
