It's interactive, live and I’ll share some top tips for a great winter evening routine, sleep tips and more about my new programme Seasonal Soul, and you'll have a chance to ask questions too!

It's a complementary workshop and I'm delighted to have you there. It will be recorded and the recording is accessible for 5 days afterwards. However, my workshops are designed to be experienced live, you'll be energised, motivated and feel more connected from having attended the live session. Plus you can ask questions, interact and feel a part of a like-minded group of people. I really do encourage you to attend the live session if you can at all.
It takes place live on Zoom. All you'll need is a notepad, pen, a cuppa herbal tea and a lit candle. Create yourself a cozy nook and maybe even wear your PJs!
