As part of the Kerry Mental Health & Wellbeing Fest 2022, I’m delighted to offer a free Self Care Workshop - where we embody the season of quiet reflection, shedding our leaves and old patterns, slowing down. Autumn is one of my favourite seasons, the air is fresh and cool with sunshine glistening off the dewy grass. It's all about coziness and comfort this time of the year as we ready ourselves to settle into the darker time of the year.
Self care is something within our lives that often gets put to the bottom of the priority pile. We find we get stressed more easily, we get triggered by the tiniest things, our patience becomes less and we then find ourselves in a vicious cycle of fatigue and overwhelm.
This self care workshop is a time to nurture and nourish your needs. Where you can take a little time for yourself to unwind, snuggle in and pick up some self care tips to keep you feeling at home with yourself. Self care is a time of filling your cup, honouring your needs and learning to slow down. It takes place online live via Zoom from the comfort of your own home. All you'll need is your notebook, pen and a cup of your favourite brew. See you for a evening of comfort and care.
