‘Full Circle Woman’ Well Woman Series
Since March 2020, we have been forced into retreating and distancing and I have missed connecting with others. I have missed being part of a vibrant community. In an effort to reconnect and meet others, I am so excited to invite you to join in circle together for “Full Circle Woman” Well Woman Series. We will meet live & online together via Zoom every Thursday evening from 11th March for 4 weeks. This group aims to provide a safe space to unwind, switch off and connect with yourself primarily, but also other women. Women of all ages are welcome and I would love to invite pregnant ladies along too.
What you can look forward to:
Movement: Delicious gentle, flowing Yoga & movements that are designed for women’s bodies of all ages – from young to wiser, beginners to boffins. Pregnant Mums to be are also welcome to join us.
Community: An opportunity to chat with other women and develop new connections.
Mindful Meditation: Life is busy and often stressful, I’ll share proven techniques that help unwind an over-whelmed mind and body.
Creativity: Together we will explore a variety of ways to tap into our innate creative soul – journaling & more!
Nourish: Food, glorious food! I’ll share some recipes with you along the way perfect for Spring time and to fuel our amazing bodies. Essential Oils suggestions & recipes also included.
Nature Connection: I’m a massive fan of Mother Nature & her calming powers. Each week I’ll be inviting you to connect with Nature to help you find ease and peace.
Suitable for: Women of all ages are welcome. My only ask is that you can get up and down from the floor with relative ease (it’s no problem to use a chair or wall support if required). Suitable for Pregnancy (Mums to be must be over 16 weeks pregnant before joining us).
Booking: This is a consecutive series, please try your best to come to all of the sessions. Recordings will not be available due to the sharing nature of this Circle. Cost: €60 (this includes your weekly live online Circle, weekly email with follow up information and inclusion in a Whatsapp group for the month).
What you’ll need:
Yoga mat
2 x chunky hardback books
2 pillows
Blanket
Strap or belt
An eye pillow (I find a soft, fresh sock works just as well!)
Notepad & pen and some art supplies – like coloured pens or pencils or paints.
A candle to light
Essential Oils if you use them
Mums-to-be might also like to have their birthing ball to hand
You are welcome to have a cup of herbal tea or water nearby also
