Overcome Winter Blues Workshop
With the crisp days of Autumn now passed, the cold weather and darker days and night can start to impact us. With more darkness than light to our days, we often start to feel a little bit down. With Irish winters, perhap still some Covid19 related restrictions and lingering concerns herding everyone indoors for several months, the lack of light, social interaction, and reaching for the wrong foods, impact our sleep and it can all leave us feeling blue.
Winter blues can affect both adults and children, and can range from a mild case of the blues, to the more severe SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) or depression if not treated on time. We can feel tired, unmotivated, disconnected and perhaps even lonely. This complementary workshop is about the seasonal blues and provides strategies to help you overcome them.

Learn about movements, practices and ways to nourish that can help improve mood and health
This workshop is free of charge and takes place live on Zoom. Bonus take-home pack with seasonal recipes, tips and more for those who join the live session :)
Suitable for: Any adult over 18 years old.
What you’ll need: A device like phone / laptop with Zoom downloaded in advance, Yoga mat, blanket, cushion, notepad, pen & a cup of something warm and comforting :)
