Kerry’s Mental Health & Wellbeing Festival Workshop: Naturally Nurtured - 4 steps to boost your energy in Autumn
I am delighted to offer this workshop in partnership with NEWKD and Kerry’s Mental Health & Wellbeing Festival 2021.
Autumn brings with it a collective yearning to slow down, reflect and settle into a new, steadier rhythm and routine that supports our holistic health and wellbeing in this new season.
Join Maeve of Ebb & Flow Yoga for a nourishing workshop to help maximise your energy and motivation through Autumn. This workshop includes simple steps you can use to help balance your energy. It includes a seasonal Yoga practice, a mini meditation, journaling and more. Find peace, calm and a deeper connection and understanding of how to find your balance this season and (re)connect with nature within a supportive online community of like minded people.
How it will work:
You’ll receive a Zoom webinar link in advance of the workshop. Our Workshop is live and held virtually. We will gather from the comfort of our own homes on Zoom – I’d love to be able to see you all on camera with me but you also have the option of turning off your video too. Due to the sharing element of this Workshop, I will not be able to send out the recording in order to protect privacy, thank you for understanding.
We will begin with a grounding meditation to help set the intension for Autumn,
Once settled in, we will
Take time to reflect and journal on the season at hand and what this might mean to us
Share as a community together some ideas and tips to help sustain us
Participate in a gentle seasonal themed Yoga practice
Enjoy a mini guided relaxation perfect to help restore our energy and gain some much needed headspace
Learn about other holistic supports that you can use to help you thrive through Autumn that nourish your body, heart, mind and soul
