Join Lorraine Demetriou Naturopathic Nutritionist, Intuitive Chef, Yoga teacher and co-creator of Thrive Café and Maeve Ferris, Yoga Therapist, Pilates Teacher and co-creator of Salty Souls Café for an informative and interactive workshop that will help women to really understand hormones and the role they play in your overall health and wellbeing.

Over a 2 hour Workshop on Sunday 25th April (6.30pm – 8.30pm), together we will help navigate and support you in learning natural ways to support yourself and your body, mind and spirit through PMS or Menopause. Learn how:

What you'll need: Yoga mat, bolster (or 2 firm pillows), 2 blocks (or chunky hardback books), strap (a scarf or tie will do fine), notepad & pen

Meet your Teachers:

Lorraine is a Naturopathic Nutritionist, Intuitive Chef, Yoga teacher and co-creator of Thrive Café, Tullow, Co. Carlow. She is extremely passionate about hormonal & digestion health, how to break down the health journey into manageable steps and make sustainable changes inside and outside of the kitchen to create a positive healthy lifestyle for your entire body.  

Maeve is a Yoga Therapist & Teacher with a wealth of experience across a range of Yoga styles and approaches. A passionate Yogini & Foodie, she combines her expertise and interests in both her chosen paths – Ebb & Flow Yoga and Salty Souls Café. She has a keen interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and specialises in a flowing, dynamic style of Yoga as well as cooling, calming Yin Yoga and gentle Qi Gong. This unique combination in her classes and workshops allows students to explore finding peace in their body, heart and head.
