This exploration offers respite in the woods, as we gather in a small group to spend quality, intentional time in nature in this December sunrise wellbeing workshop taking place just days before winter solstice.

What you can look forward to:
Each workshop is 2.5 hours long and take place from through the year, allowing you to experience the interconnected flow of the seasons
Workshop will include seasonal qi gong, reflective journaling, mindfulness, forest bathing
Each gathering will draw to a close with a tea ceremony and some homemade sweet treats & hot chocolate :)
Tune into the wisdom of trees and the rhythm of the year. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and the landscape around you, all in the company of a small group of like-minded people.
