Zeneth: Summer Solstice & International Day of Yoga Gathering
Join me on 20th June to honour the longest day of the year and International Day of Yoga (both one day later on 21st June) 7.30pm, for an evening of yoga, meditation, solstice ritual and conversation.
📅 Date: 20th June
🕰️ Time: 7.30pm - 9.30pm
📍 Location: Under the guardianship of the old Red Roofed Barn nestled in the forest, at my home, near Kilflynn, Co. Kerry
✨ Solstice Yoga: Gather to celebrate the power of the sun with a solar inspired yoga flowing yoga practice by the campfire under the barn or in the evening summer meadow if the weather invites us
✨ Meditation: Sink into the serenity of the moment with guided seasonal meditation to encourage full relaxation
✨ Solstice Rituals: Craft your intentions with guided prompts and ideas. Release the old with a fire ceremony
🗣️ Heartfelt Conversations: Sitting around the fire together in circle, share stories and meet new friends
☕ Cozy Comforts: Wrap your hands around a steaming mug of chai, let warmth fill you from within. Tasty sweet treats too!
🌧️ What to Bring: Yoga mat, your notepad and pen, and I recommend a snug blanket, along with warm layers to keep you cozy (it is Ireland after all!)
🌿 We Welcome: Our gathering is tailored for adults over 18 years old
