Mindful Wanders are an invitation to immerse yourself in nature and absorb through your senses the beauty of each season.
This exploration offers respite by the sea, as we gather in a small group to spend quality, intentional time in nature in this wellbeing workshop.

Being close to water brings on a blue mind meditative state and research has shown that being near water or blue space helps us to be present, less stressed and more connected
What you can look forward to:
Mindful nature immersive experiences or gatherings taking place across the seasons, alternating between the forest and coast
Each workshop is 2.5 hours long and take place from through the year, allowing you to experience the interconnected flow of the seasons
Take place by the sea (around Banna / Barrow) – there is no requirement to go swimming (unless you want to after the workshop!) these too are slow mindful walks and quiet time by the coast
Each gathering will draw to a close with a tea ceremony and some homemade sweet treats
You will experience the dawn and twilight, the sun on your skin and wind in your hair, the rain on your face and connect to all of the elements. Tune into the power of the sea, and the rhythm of the year. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and the landscape around you, all in the company of a small group of like-minded people. Gatherings may also include mini bonus practices such as yoga / meditation / journaling or qi gong.
As a local, I’ll share my favourite places with you, where I retreat to restore and guide you through a variety of self-support tools and practices that you can integrate into your everyday.
