Ebb & Flow Yoga is delighted to partner with Kingdom Waves Surf School for our first Surf & Yoga Adventure Day on the world famous Banna Beach (Trip Advisor’s Best Beach 2017). If you enjoy the outdoors and are prepared for lots of fun and adventure – this is the perfect day is for you! Learn to catch some waves, meet new people, laugh a lot, relax and unwind with our Surf & Yoga Adventure Day Banna.
Surf: 10.30am – 12.30pm
Never tried surfing or want to improve your skills? The excellent, experienced and encouraging instructors at one of Kerry’s longest running Surf School - Kingdom Waves provide surf lessons for any level, we will cater for surf newbies & surf improvers in small groups for individual coaching. If you’ve never tried it before or if you would like up your game, now is the perfect time to be brave, dive in and hop on a surfboard surrounded by fun, like-minded new friends.
Chill out Time: Jacuzzi, Sauna & Steamroom 1pm – 1.45pm
It’s the perfect place to return to after a morning in the sea! Cosy up after your surf in the popular heated facilities of Banna Beach Hotel Leisure Centre. Jump in the hot tub, lounge in the sauna & melt away muscle tension in the steamroom before floating to the Yoga Studio for your Yin Yoga practice.
Food 1.45pm – 2.15pm
Food is always a priority – especially during a physically active day! We’ve got you covered with delicious, nourishing treats & light bites and as much tea as can handle!
Yoga 2.15pm – 3.30pm
Post surf session in the Atlantic & after luxuriating in the warmth, stretch out your paddling muscles with a deeply relaxing, restorative Yin Yoga practice & guided relaxation in Banna Beach Hotel's sunlight studio. Thoughtfully designed to give you the space to restore your energy and helping you disconnect from your busy every-day. Enjoy a doTERRA Essential Oils head massage to help you drift off.
Investment: €55 (early bird available up to 27th June)/ €60 (full price) – Please note a deposit payment of €20 is required in advance to confirm your space. Balance of due at the Adventure Day please.
